Die Hopper® Kühlbox mit ihrem geschweißten DryHide™ Doppel-TPU-Außenmaterial, der dicken ColdCell™-Isolierung und dem MagShield Access-Deckel bietet eine hervorragende Kühlleistung. Aber aufgrund all der Variablen, die das Erhalten von Eis beeinflussen, und weil jedes Abenteuer anders ist, halten wir es für irreführend, konkrete Aussagen darüber zu machen, wie lange eine Kühlbox Eis gefroren hält.

Genau wie die Tundra® Kühlbox ist auch die Hopper® Kühlbox so konzipiert, dass das Eis länger gefroren bleibt. Allerdings gibt es viele Faktoren, die sich auf dein Eis auswirken können. Dazu gehören die Temperatur der Kühlbox beim Befüllen, die Eisqualität, die Eismenge, die Art des Eises (Crushed Ice, Block- oder Würfeleis), die Außenumgebung, direkte Sonneneinstrahlung usw. Wir empfehlen, die Kühlbox zunächst mit einer Packung Eis zu kühlen, bevor du eine zweite Packung mit deinen Erfrischungen hineinlegst.

Nein, das ist keine gute Idee. Hopper®-Kühlboxen eignen sich nicht für Trockeneis. Die Verwendung von Trockeneis lässt den luftdichten Behälter explodieren.

The Hopper® Cooler was engineered for portability. Any size is the perfect on-the-go cooler for kayaking, floating the river, or short camping trips. Something to consider when choosing a size is that ideally you would want to fill the cooler with as much ice as possible, minimizing air space to achieve maximum ice retention. Therefore, if you only have a small number of items to keep cool, you would want to choose a smaller cooler or vice versa. The Hopper® Cooler family includes Hopper Flip® Cooler in three versatile sizes.

With plenty of ice to help chill your drinks, here is the number of 12 oz. cans that will fit inside the YETI Hopper® Cooler. Ideally you want to have an ice-to-contents ratio by volume of at least 2:1. Hopper Flip® 8 - 11 cans only, Hopper Flip® 12 - 24 cans only, Hopper Flip® 18 - 30 cans only.

Accessorise your Hopper® Cooler with the flexibility of the HitchPoint™ Grid. Easily fasten bottle openers, carabiners, key chains, or accessories through the nylon strapping. You can also outfit your Hopper® Cooler with the Bottle Key Opener and MOLLE Zinger. WARNING: Do not leave your soft cooler open in the presence of children or animals. Entrapment and suffocation can occur. Do not machine wash. Do not dry in an oven or clothes dryer. Do not use bleach.

Regularly clean after (every) use with fresh water to clear any debris such as sand, dirt, etc., from the zipper. After cleaning, apply a bit of zipper lubricant to keep things moving and prevent damage. Just open the zipper and apply a thin layer of lubricant to the front and back surfaces of the U-dock and adjoining teeth. Wipe away any excess lubricant. Open and close the zipper to make sure everything is working well and do not ever force the zipper if it feels stuck. Remember to store closed in a dry, safe place and avoid crushing or folding to keep your zipper in the best shape possible.
