Are there guidelines or restrictions on personalised text?
YETI is unable to personalise any products with text that is licensed, copyrighted, profane, or political in nature. All orders will be reviewed upon submission and are subject to cancellation if determined to be outside of our personalisation guidelines. For full details on restricted text, please

How long will this promo run?

Does this promo apply to personalisation on both sides of my Drinkware?
Yep, so go all out with a name or initial on one side and your favourite design on the other.
Which design galleries are included in this promo?
This promo applies to our Fan Favourites, Pet Lovers, USA Pride, YETI Nation, Fishing, Coastal, user uploaded graphics, and Hunting designs. This does not include our Oracle Redbull Racing or Tottenham Hotspur galleries.
Does this apply to custom uploads?
Yes. This promo applies to user uploaded designs, AI generated images, select design galleries, text, and monogram.
Can I get this offer in-store?
Nope, this offer is exclusive to orders personalised online at YETI EU/ UK.
Is there a max of how many pieces of Drinkware I can personalise?
Nope, there is no limit to how many pieces of Drinkware you personalise. So have at it, personalised drinks all around.
Is this offer available in US/AUS/CAN?
YETI Nation in the UK will have access to this rare deal, as will those in selected European regions. Unfortunately, our friends in the USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand will not.
How long does personalisation take?
Our production timeline shifts daily depending on overall order volume. We process all orders on a first come first serve basis and we promise we work as hard as we can to get your order in your hands as quickly as possible.Please allow 2 weeks or more for processing. You will receive an update via email with your estimated ship date range as soon as it is available. Personalised order shipments cannot be expedited.
I purchased a personalised item recently, can i get reimbursed for that amount?

The colour or size I want is currently unavailable for for personalisation. Can i place an order for an item that is out of stock?
Unfortunately, no. We can only offer personalisation on products that are currently available and in-stock.
Can I combine this promo with another discount?

Can I include a gift message with this order?
No. This option is not currently available.
Can I edit my personalised order?
Nope, once your order is placed, personalisation cannot be changed, and your order cannot be cancelled. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
